We want you to be happy with Geeny. Here is our policy on cancellations, refunds, and credits — explained clearly.

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid Geeny plan you agree to the terms below. For any billing issues contact us at support@geeny.app and we will respond within 2 business days.
The free tier requires no payment and is therefore not subject to any refund. If you are on the free tier and wish to stop using Geeny, simply stop using the service. No action is required.
Paid plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually). At the start of each period your generation credits are refreshed. Unused credits do not carry over.
You can view your current plan, billing date, and usage at any time in your account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. This means:
If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge, provided you have generated fewer than 5 videos. This is a one-time courtesy refund for new subscribers only.
To request this refund, email support@geeny.app with the subject line "Refund Request" within 7 days of your payment date.
Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have generated fewer than 10 videos. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
If you forget to cancel before a renewal date, we will consider a refund request if:

Geeny's pipeline occasionally fails to produce a video due to technical issues (e.g., TTS errors, stock media retrieval failures, rendering timeouts). In these cases:
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@geeny.app — we are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
